The UK State Aid Law Association invites you to attend two seminars on the Subsidy Control Bill currently before Parliament.<\/p>\n
The first seminar will be hosted at\u00a0Shearman & Sterling offices<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in London on\u00a0Wednesday, 24 November between 6:30\u20137:30 pm\u00a0<\/strong>and will cover definition\/scope, the principles, public services, and schemes\/streamlined schemes.<\/p>\n The second seminar will be hosted at\u00a0Pinsent Masons offices<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in London on\u00a0Wednesday, 1 December 2021 between 6:30\u20137:30 pm\u00a0<\/strong>and will consider transparency obligations, the CMA role\/ministerial referrals, CAT enforcement\/remedies and issues relating to devolution.<\/p>\n Each of the seminars will be limited to a maximum of 40 in-person attendees and will also be streamed online.
