The UKSALA is delighted to announce that its inaugural lecture will be delivered on 4 March 2013 by Judge Nicholas Forwood, Judge of the General Court of the EU (formerly the Court of First Instance) since 1999. The topic will be “Judicial Control of State aid in the EU”.
