Seminar on State Aid Modernisation

An evening seminar at DLA Piper to discuss the Commission’s programme of State Aid Modernisation. The seminar will review the main changes in the State aid rulebook that have been adopted over the last two years (with a particular focus on the new GBER), and will consider how the changes may affect third parties including aid recipients.
