Seminar on granting aid to small and medium sized enterprises

This seminar, held by UKSALA in association with Burges Salmon, will review the latest developments in this field, including the new de minimis Regulation, the Commission’s final proposals for the new GBER, and the recently published draft guidance on the notion of State aid.

Speakers will also provide practical advice on how to deal with State aid issues when granting aid to SMEs, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

The speakers will include Joseph Barrett (11 Kings Bench Walk), Alan Bates (Monckton Chambers) and Nick Wright (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills)
